Stanton Article Featured in Columbus CEO Magazine
Taft attorney Elizabeth M. Stanton wrote an article titled "Why Asking Employees to Work After Hours Can Be Costly," which was published in the January 2015 issue of Columbus CEO. The article discusses the 24/7 employee and how after-hours phone calls, project work and expectations of immediate communication/response can be costly depending on the employee's status.
Stanton is a partner in Taft's Columbus office and a member of the firm's Labor and Employment group. She counsels employers regarding all aspects of managing employees, including legal planning and policy analysis and formulation, and preparation of employee handbooks.
