Taft is pleased to announce that Chelsea Ringlespaugh Spickelmier has joined its Indianapolis office as a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group.
Spickelmier represents clients in all aspects of real estate development, financing and leasing. She counsels real estate developers in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of multi-family, mixed-use, retail, industrial, office and other commercial properties. Spickelmier also advises clients on the business entity life cycle, from formation through dissolution.
The addition of Spickelmier reaffirms Taft’s continued growth in its Real Estate practice, with 74 Real Estate practice attorneys across nine offices throughout the Midwest. Nearly 25 percent of the firm’s Real Estate practice attorneys are based in Indianapolis.
Spickelmier earned her Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. She is a certified civil mediator in Indiana and a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Ascending Leaders and Young Professionals of Central Indiana.
