Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is pleased to announce that Brittany L. Shaw has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office as an associate in the Litigation group.
Shaw primarily represents clients in business and commercial litigation and general litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes all trial-related matters concerning corporate, business, contract and employment issues. She also focuses on antitrust claims, class actions, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, finance disputes and fraud. Shaw’s experience in the transportation and logistics area focuses on representing motor carriers, third party logistics providers, ocean transportation intermediaries, national shippers and private corporations. She is also certified in civil mediation.
Shaw serves on the board of directors for the Young Professionals of Central Indiana and is the chair of YP Unite. She is also a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Indiana Motor Truck Association – Future Leaders of Indiana.
Shaw earned her B.S. in management from Purdue University and her J.D from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
