Taft Chicago partner Rachel Schaller authored the article, “Pregnancy Bias Ruling May Offer Road Map For ADA Cases,” which was published in Law360 on Aug. 23. The article provides further analysis and insight on the ruling in U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v.
