Taft Chicago partner Daniel Saeedi was featured in the 2021 edition of Illinois Super Lawyers magazine in “Office Space: Every item on Dan Saeedi’s bookshelf tells a story.” The two-page spread highlights a number of unique items in Saeedi’s office including a hand-painted tin Persian plate, card art from Hong Kong, and a child’s blowdart gun from Ecuador, among others. Saeedi has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyers “Rising Star” since 2014.
Saeedi focuses his practice on issues relating to employment law and unfair competition. He represents clients nationwide in the realm of trade secret theft, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and breaches of fiduciary duties. In addition, he helps companies conduct complex internal investigations regarding intellectual property theft, and computer fraud and data privacy issues, including matters related to biometric information and compliance with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
