Saeedi to Present ISBA CLE Program on Non-Competition Agreements in Illinois
Taft partner Daniel Saeedi will present, "Hot Topic: Non-Competition Agreements in Illinois: 2022 Changes and Challenges" as a Labor and Employment Law CLE program presented by the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). The webcast will take place on Dec. 15 at 11 a.m.
Saeedi focuses his practice on issues relating to employment law and unfair competition. He represents clients in the realm of trade secret theft, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and breaches of fiduciary duties. Saeedi is the current chair of the ISBA's Standing Committee on Member Services and a member of ISBA's Board of Governors.
