Saeedi Quoted in Illinois Bar Journal Article
Taft partner Daniel R. Saeedi was quoted in the article, "Taking Your Talents Elsewhere," published in the December 2021 issue of Illinois Bar Journal. The article discusses amendments to the Illinois Freedom to Work Act (IFWA), which outlines new limitations on noncompete and nonsolicit agreements between Illinois employers and employees. Saeedi provided insight on the recent trends of noncompete and nonsolicit covenants and the possible future of restrictive agreements as a result of these amendments.
