Robertson Writes On Indicative Ruling Process For American Bar Association

Taft partner Michael K. Robertson wrote a “Practice Point” for the American Bar Association (ABA) titled “How Do You Get a District Court to Address an Unresolved Issue When It Has Lost Jurisdiction Due to a Pending Appeal?” In the article, Robertson discusses best practices for using the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 62.1 and the Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 12.1. The Practice Point, found in its entirety here, was published for the ABA’s Commercial & Business Litigation Committee.
