On Feb. 22, Columbus partner Michael K. Robertson judged the Bulgarian National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, which took place at the Palace of Justice in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition is the world’s largest moot court competition, with participants from roughly 700 law schools in 100 countries and jurisdictions. A corps of volunteer attorneys judges the competition.
The eventual champions of the Bulgarian National Rounds were from Sofia University in Bulgaria. They will go on to Washington, D.C. to compete in the international rounds.
Robertson’s co-judges were Silvana Tonkova and Tsvetelina van Benthem.
