Reed to Present "Closing the Commercial Deal" at Dayton Area Board of Realtors Seminar

Taft partner David N. Reed will present "Closing the Commercial Deal" at the Dayton Area Board of Realtors meeting on March 29 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. His overview will cover understanding the commercial contract, due diligence, various government requirements and resources to find money for commercial projects.

Reed's practice involves a blend of corporate law and real estate, with a focus on finance, development, land use and small business representation. He serves as outside general counsel to multiple small and medium sized companies, including family-owned and closely-held companies.
