Poulakidas Quoted on Bill to Extend Opportunity Zones

Taft Chicago partner Kostas Poulakidas is quoted in the Aug. 4 article “New bill introduced to extend Opportunity Zones beyond 2026” on Opportunityzone.com. The current Opportunity Zone program expires in 2026 and the proposed Growth and Opportunity Act legislation would extend the date to 2030. Poulakidas has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Opportunity Zone attorneys in the United States and speaks frequently on the topic.
