Poulakidas, partner and co-chair of Taft’s Public Finance and Economic Development practice group, delivered “Jumpstarting Communities with Investment – A detailed discussion about Opportunity Zones” to attendees at the Indiana Construction Roundtable on March 14. The roundtable discussion was the feature of the article, “Indiana Continues to Push Opportunity Zones” by Andy Ober, assistant managing editor of Inside Indiana Business. The article provided commentary by the president of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and detailed that Indiana has been approved for 156 designations throughout the state for the program.
