Mullins Introduced as a 2013 Class of DBA Foundation Fellow; Harrison Introduced as a DBA Board of Trustees Member-at-Large

Dayton Partner-in-Charge Jeffrey Mullins was introduced and inducted as a 2013 Class of DBA Foundation Fellow at the Dayton Bar Association Annual Meeting on June 14. Taft partner Jennifer Hann Harrison was also introduced as a DBA Board of Trustees Member-at-Large.

Mullins is a partner in the firm's Labor and Employment group. He focuses his practice on labor and employment and health care law. Mullins assists clients with collective bargaining issues, prevailing wage claims and union avoidance campaigns, and he advises and defends clients in matters involving the ADA, the FLSA, the FMLA and sexual harassment.

Harrison is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment and Workers’ Compensation practices. She represents management in a variety of employment-related matters, including investigating and defending VSSR’s, employer intentional torts and claims of retaliatory discharge. An experienced litigator, Harrison has defended numerous cases to jury trial.
