McNeil Danish Quoted in Article on Women and Power

Taft Columbus partner Rita McNeil Danish was recently featured on the cover of Columbus Monthly and in the article, "Women and Power: Can Columbus Shatter the Glass Ceiling?" The article addresses women's access to power and leadership roles in the Columbus region. McNeil Danish is interviewed about her former experience—which includes serving as a city attorney for Cincinnati, Dayton and Greensboro, North Carolina—and her personal experience with racial and gender bias. The article also interviews three other female leaders in Columbus who have experienced gender bias in their careers.
