Columbus partner and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Strategic Business Partner Rita McNeil Danish recently co-authored an article for Columbus Dispatch for Mother’s Day. The article, "It is time Columbus mothers took a lesson from Snoop Dogg playbook," discusses the stress and demands of motherhood and how mothers should take a moment to thank themselves, just as Snoop Dogg did when he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
"We should thank ourselves for believing in who we are, doing the hard work, having no days off, for never quitting, for always being a giver and trying to give more than we receive, trying to do more right than wrong, and just being us at all times."
