Cincinnati attorney David A. Lopez-Kurtz has been elected to the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation Board. The foundation is a non-profit community development corporation working to enhance the quality of life in Walnut Hills. The vision of the foundation is to make Walnut Hills a vibrant, safe and healthy place to live and work, being accessible and inclusive to everyone.
Lopez-Kurtz focuses on representation of entrepreneurs and companies on all aspects of business formation, fundraising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. David’s interests include the developing regulatory implications of blockchain technology and the history of alcohol permitting and regulatory issues. He recently earned a certificate in FinTech from Harvard’s Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning (VPAL), in association with HarvardX.
