Lampton to Present COVID-19 Do's and Don'ts Webinar to Lima Chamber

Taft attorney Nadia Lampton has been asked by the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce to present "Employer Do's and Don'ts Amidst the COVID-19 Crisis" on April 14. The free webinar will help employers navigate the unique challenges this pandemic presents. The live session will include the topics of the rights and obligations of employers, the right of employees, working from home, OSHA and paid leave requirements. Participants will have the opportunity to ask live questions. 

Lampton speaks and writes regularly on cutting-edge employment and labor relations issues. She advises business owners and management in all aspects of labor and employment, including employee hiring and termination, employment agreements, handbooks and personnel policies, wrongful discharge defense, workplace investigations, harassment, discrimination, wage-hour and regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, OSHA, EEOC and NLRB proceedings, non-compete litigation and federal and state court litigation.
