The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) has named Taft attorney Nadia Lampton a graduate of the 2020 OSBA Leadership Academy. The OSBA Leadership Academy is designed to prepare lawyers for effective leadership in the association, the legal profession, and their communities. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, all sessions took place online. "Despite the unique experience of this year's OSBA Leadership Academy class, each graduate has demonstrated an impressive dedication to growth as individual lawyers and improvement of the legal profession," said OSBA 2019-20 President Eleana Drakos.
Lampton is an attorney in the Employment and Labor Relations practice group. She advises business owners and management in all aspects of labor and employment, including employee hiring and termination, employment agreements, handbooks, and personnel policies, wrongful discharge defense, workplace investigations, harassment, discrimination, wage-hour and regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, OSHA, EEOC, and NLRB proceedings, non-compete litigation, and federal and state court litigation.
The Ohio State Bar Association, founded in 1880, is a voluntary association representing approximately 26,000 members of the bench and bar of Ohio. Through its activities and the activities of its related organizations, the OSBA serves both its members and the public by promoting the highest standards in the practice of law and the administration of justice.
