Kendra Brodin, Chief Attorney Development Officer, was recently named an honoree for the Hennepin County Bar Association’s (HCBA) Excellence Awards for service to the association/foundation. Honorees were recognized at the association’s annual meeting on May 30.
The Excellence Awards honor attorney members for service to the local legal profession, the community, and the association.
Kendra serves as the chair of the steering committee for the HCBA Law Firm Leadership Program, which guides participants to reflect on their individual leadership strengths and potential, helps them cultivate leadership growth with their cohorts and ultimately, in larger groups and entire sections or firms. The program integrates learning, dialogue, role-playing, speakers, panel discussions, and community-building to create an unparalleled learning and development experience. The program's third cohort graduated earlier this spring.
