Taft partner Leigh A. Hellner was selected by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a 2018 "Notable Women in Real Estate" honoree. The process for inclusion capped a rigorous process that evaluated hundreds of nominations from multiple commercial real estate categories including architecture, insurance, and developers and brokers, as well as women in the legal profession. She and the other honorees were profiled in the Sept. 17 issue of Crain's Cleveland Business. Those selected are considered leaders in their workplaces and in the community and were nominated by their clients or colleagues.
The Women of Note profiles can be found here.
Hellner represents purchasers and sellers in real estate acquisitions, landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial lease negotiations, and large institutional banks in lending transactions. She also restructures partnership, corporate and LLC entities as a result of real estate transactions.
