Taft Chicago attorney Alicia Hawley will participate in a mock e-discovery hearing on technology assisted review (TAR) titled “TAR on Trial: From Da Silva Moore to Today,” on June 8. The program features the Honorable Andrew J. Peck, retired United States Magistrate Judge, who will preside over the mock hearing. Hawley will face-off against David Horrigan, Discovery Counsel and Legal Education Director at Relativity debating the vital TAR issues of the day. Judge Peck will also opine on the arguments.
