Hawley Elected to Women in eDiscovery Board Position
Taft Chicago discovery counsel Alicia Hawley has been elected to a two-year term on the board of the Chicago chapter of Women in eDiscovery as meetings director. Women in eDiscovery provides educational opportunities regarding technology in the legal industry to its members and is comprised of professionals including attorneys, litigation support professionals, paralegals, legal IT staff, court reporters, consultants, recruiters, and vendors.
Hawley serves as chair of the eDiscovery and Litigation Services group at Taft. As both a former corporate criminal investigations litigator and in-house counsel, she has a unique perspective on case development through the eDiscovery process. Her expertise includes both routine and complex eDiscovery issues, best practices, case development, fact investigations, and narrative development.
