Taft attorney Cristina Costa authored the article “Product Liability Considerations in the Era of the IoT,” which was published in the June 2018 issue of DRI’s The Voice. The article discusses how technology is changing traditional product liability theories.
Costa is a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property and Litigation practice groups. She represents clients in federal and state courts across the country in litigation involving a full range of IP-related issues, including trademark, trade dress, patent, copyright, and trade secret matters. Costa is active in the community and serves on the board of directors for Women4Change Indiana and the Women4Change Leadership Series. She is a member of the DRI Product Liability Committee.
