Balthazor and Chung Quoted in Star Tribune Article on Trademark and Patent Law

Two Taft Minneapolis attorneys, Joey Balthazor and Seungwon Chung, were recently quoted in a Star Tribune article. The article, published on March 8, 2023, highlights the importance of trademark and IP law expertise now more than ever. A landmark verdict in a trademark by Hermès against a well known artist was “the first case that’s truly challenged trademark or intellectual property law for NFTs and crypto properties,” said Balthazor.
