Ann shared her dedication to slowing down as a way of bringing her best self to work each day, which she achieves partly through daily yoga sessions.
“A decade ago, I started yoga. It allowed me to slow down, pause more often. Yoga was my entry point” said Rainhart. “So much of our culture is about speeding up. It gave me a deep reservoir of calmness to draw from during times of stress.”
