Copyrights & the Software Industry: Insights From a Billion-Dollar Fight in Google v. Oracle

In October 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in Google v. Oracle, a long running case that could have far-reaching effects within the tech and software industries. Taft Chicago IP partner Adam Wolek will moderate a panel discussion, “Copyrights & the Software Industry: Insights From a Billion-Dollar Fight in Google v. Oracle,” on Oct. 6, 2020 at noon. The program is presented by the Chicago Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago.
