Dayton Regional Update 
Chris Kershner is the president & CEO at the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. The nationally accredited organization is the voice of business for over 2,200 members across a 14 county region in Southwest Ohio. The chamber supports the region’s business community through public policy advocacy, economic development initiatives and providing networking and professional development opportunities. Hear from Chris as he gives the latest updates on topics such as the proposed FTC noncompete ban, Ohio legislative activity, and the Dayton International Airport.

This segment will highlight the most common problems that can arise in this situation and the steps employers can take to control risk and better manage the utilization of older individuals in the workplace including documenting performance issues, fitness for duty exams, wellness programs, health insurance concerns and the use of "early out" programs.
