Procurement Coordinator

Taft is currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team.

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our team in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis or Minneapolis office. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy — in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of the firm’s strategic procurement plan
  • Maintain timely and accurate organization of firm-wide contracts
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
  • Design process for moving from paper to electronic for all vendors including maintaining a digital contracting platform
  • Assist in firm-wide travel program including booking and planning
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Individual in this position will provide additional assistance and support as directed by the supervisor

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma. Prior Purchasing and Administrative experience preferred.
