Summary

Trevor is an associate in Taft’s Employment and Labor Relations group. He focuses his practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Trevor is experienced in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. In addition to representing clients in complex civil cases, he is experienced in representing individuals and companies investigated and prosecuted for serious criminal violations.

Trevor earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky. While attending law school, Trevor served as executive development editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law, chief justice of the Student Government Association Supreme Court, member of the Trial Advocacy Board, and was awarded the Leadership Legacy Award by the University of Kentucky Office of Student Organizations and Activities.
