Shirley Bock

Shirley is a paralegal in the Taft Minneapolis Finance practice group. She has over 35 years of experience in commercial finance and commercial real estate law.

Shirley has extensive experience in lender financing transactions – both real estate-based and asset-based – with particular expertise in all areas of due diligence, title and survey review, drafting and review of closing documents, coordination of closings, and post-closing matters. She is also experienced in entity formation and drafting organizational documents.
