Kathleen Eick

Kathleen counsels public company leaders on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, public and private securities offerings, and public company corporate governance, compliance, and disclosure matters, including executive compensation disclosures. Kathleen provides counsel regarding a range of public company corporate governance matters, including among others committee function and board best practices, navigating sustainability and social and governance considerations, insider trading compliance, and leadership transitions.

Kathleen seeks to empathize with her clients to provide business-minded legal advice. Her ability to consider situations from clients’ perspectives is enhanced by her experiences, including working as an investment banker with Credit Suisse’s Private Fund Group in London and participating in secondments at a Fortune 500 company where she worked with its business and legal teams through a reorganization and ultimate sale of the corporate structure; at a publicly traded financial services business; and at an employee-owned visual merchandising company.
