Over the course of his career, he has adeptly represented businesses of all sizes, skillfully navigating negotiations for numerous multimillion-dollar sales and acquisitions of corporate entities.

Beyond his proficiency in business transactions, Jeff is an experienced employment and labor law attorney, providing comprehensive representation to businesses across various facets of employment law. His legal acumen extends to diverse litigation matters, particularly those tied to business and employment law, and he possesses notable experience in finance matters.

Jeff has successfully led projects involving real estate, international law, intellectual property, corporate compliance, and corporate governance. Leveraging his multifaceted skills, Jeff actively engages in organizing and managing corporate legal affairs services for his clients, and frequently serves as outside general counsel to companies of all sizes.

Notably, Jeff served as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where he played a pivotal role in directing the corporation’s broad spectrum of diverse legal matters.
