Summary

Grayson is an associate in Taft’s Detroit office and focuses her practice on corporate governance and venture capital and emerging companies.

Through multiple legal internships, including working as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the 5th Court of Appeals of Texas, Grayson has gained a wide variety of experience in legal research and writing. Grayson also expanded her legal experience as a summer associate with the firm.

Grayson earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan. While in law school, Grayson was an active member of the International Law Review Association and Women in Law, and also worked as a legal intern for the Legal Aid and Defender Association.
