Ashlee’s breadth of professional experience and collaborative approach allow her to be a true strategic partner to her clients, providing them with practical advice to help them achieve their business objectives.

Prior to joining Taft, Ashlee served as an attorney at one of the largest publicly-traded utility companies in the United States, focusing her practice on finance transactions, debt and equity offerings, SEC filings and other corporate governance matters. Before going in-house, she was a corporate associate at a large law firm in Minneapolis and a banking and finance associate at a boutique law firm in Boston.

Ashlee earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and B.A. in History from Wellesley College.
