Prior to joining Taft, Ashlee served as an attorney at one of the largest publicly-traded utility companies in the United States, focusing her practice on finance transactions, debt and equity offerings, SEC filings and other corporate governance matters. Before going in-house, she was a corporate associate at a large law firm in Minneapolis and a banking and finance associate at a boutique law firm in Boston.

Ashlee earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and B.A. in History from Wellesley College.
