Anna M. Greve

Anna is an attorney in Taft, where she focuses on transactional matters, including complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters. Anna’s prior experience as a commercial litigator gives her a unique perspective, which she utilizes when advising businesses.

Anna earned her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Anna received the Certificates of Merit for highest grade in the class for four classes, including financial regulation.

Following law school, Anna clerked for the Honorable Joan L. Larsen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
