Over the course of his career, he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars of unpaid claims and damages on behalf of policyholders across the country.

Adam’s experience includes complex civil litigation involving all types of insurance issues, ranging from denial of coverage, defense, and payment, to improper reserving and claims investigation, to delay of benefits, and bad faith. In addition to taking on all major domestic insurers, Adam has also worked extensively on London Market and Bermuda claims, including helping his clients navigate through complicated solvent and insolvent schemes.
