« Back Taft Attorney Jeff Graham Appointed to the American Board of Certification’s Board of Directors

Taft partner, Jeff Graham, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the American Board of Certification (ABC). He will serve a three-year term. ABC is a non-profit Virginia corporation, accredited by the American Bar Association, and also uses the trade name “American Board of Certification of Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Attorneys.” It is the nation’s premier legal specialty certification organization, certifying attorneys as specialists in business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law.

Mr. Graham, certified by the American Board of Certification in Business Bankruptcy Law, concentrates his practice in the areas of Bankruptcy and Business Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights and also has experience in secured transactions. He received a double major in English and Communications and Theater at the University of Notre Dame, graduating cum laude in 1995, and received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 1998.  Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Graham served as a law clerk for the Honorable S. Hugh Dillin, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association, where he served on the Commercial and Bankruptcy Section Executive Committee from 2002-2008 (Chairperson, 2008).  Mr. Graham was selected by Law & Politics Magazine as an Indiana Rising Star from 2009-2011.
