David V. Allen, partner in the Cleveland office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, was awarded the prestigious Presidential Award of Merit by the Home Builders Association (“HBA”) of Greater Cleveland.  The award honors Mr. Allen’s outstanding effort and contribution in the year 2011 to the HBA.  Mr. Allen currently serves as counsel to the HBA and is actively engaged in the events and seminars that drive its mission.
