Tony Paganelli has been appointed as Chair Elect for the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association in 2011. He will serve as Chair in 2012.

Paganelli concentrates his trial and arbitration practice in four areas: business litigation, criminal defense, real estate/construction litigation, and bankruptcy/debtor-creditor litigation. He has significant lead counsel experience in trials and preliminary injunction matters, and has represented clients ranging from individuals to public companies in courts in twelve different states
