Bradley C. Arnett has joined Taft's Business & Finance Practice Group as a partner in its Cincinnati office. His practice focuses on public finance, acting as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and borrowers’ counsel in various types of tax-exempt financing transactions.  Arnett also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing and advising clients in the preparation and filing of registration statements under the Securities Act of 1933, in their reporting and compliance obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and in connection with raising capital through public and private offerings. In addition, he has extensive experience representing borrowers in other financing transactions, including revolving credit and term loan facilities, secured and unsecured lines of credit, project financings and asset securitizations.
