Howard Bobrow, a partner in Taft's Business & Finance Practice Group in our Cleveland office, wrote this position paper on behalf of the Ohio Venture Association Board of Trustees, to support the renewal in May 2010 of Ohio's Third Frontier Program. The Third Frontier Program was a bond measure that raised more than $1.3 billion and allocated those funds to support the commercialization of technologies and technology-based Ohio businesses as well as attract venture capital in the region.
