Zep Inc. is pleased to announce that Ronald D. Brown was elected to the Company's Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on January 7, 2010. Mr. Brown, who was elected to the class of directors whose terms expire at the 2013 annual meeting, is the Managing Director of Taft Business Consulting, LLC. Mr. Brown was previously the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Milacron, Inc.
