April 27, 2009

The Ohio Department of Development announced today that Taft client Bluegrass Farms of Ohio has been recommended for a $7.5 million logistics and distribution loan as part of the State's Job Stimulus Plan. Taft attorney Lance Gildner, a partner in the firm's Tax practice in Dayton, worked with Bluegrass Farms for more than a year to shepherd the project through the review and approval process. The loan will support the development of the Central Ohio Logistics Center, an intermodal facility in Jeffersonville, Ohio.
