Cincinnati Attorney Matt Loftus accepted into C-Change

Matt Loftus, an associate in Taft's Business and Finance practice, has been accepted into the C-Change program sponsored by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
Mr. Loftus concentrates his practice on all aspects of assisting entrepreneurial businesses in their formation and growth, as well as having significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, institutional finance and private equity (both issuer and investor side) transactions.
