The American Trial Lawyers Association Selects Taft Attorney Bilott as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer

Cincinnati, OH, August 11, 2008 – The American Trial Lawyers Association recently welcomed Robert A. Bilott, a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, into membership. Bilott was selected as one of The American Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the state of Ohio.

The American Trial Lawyers Association is a national organization composed of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers from each state. Membership is obtained through special invitation and is extended only to those attorneys who exemplify superior qualifications, both civil plaintiff and criminal defense.

Bilott practices in Taft’s Environmental Law Practice Area of the Litigation Department. He has represented a diverse array of clients in a wide range of complex litigation across the country. He received the 2005 Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, was selected by Cincinnati Magazine as a 2006 Super Lawyers Rising Star and as a 2008 Leading Lawyer.
