Jim Parsons on the Supreme Court

Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed James Parsons as a Special Justice for a pending appeal before the Supreme Court of Kentucky. Mr. Parsons will participate in the hearing of Eric P. Light, et. al. vs. City of Louisville, KY, et. al., which concerns the setting of the real estate tax rate by Louisville in 1998 and '99.
