Stuart Dornette Launches Defense of Globalstar in Space News

Stuart Dornette is quoted at length in this week's Space News article about new claims against satellite communications company Globalstar, Inc.  A recently-filed suit alleges that Globalstar deliberately misled investors about the health of its satellite network prior to a stock offering and relies heavily on claims from unnamed former employees.

When asked to respond to the claims, Dornette calmly noted that "referring to unidentified former employees has become a common practice [in securities lawsuits] because it appears to add some credibility to the allegations"–a tactic which is often used to prevent a weak case from being dismissed by the courts.
