Taft attorney Michael H. Diamant’s article “Technology Mediation–What’s the Problem?” was featured in the July/August 2017 issue of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal. He is a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) and was appointed to the panel of international arbitrators for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association. Diamant was named a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) (London, England) and is also a board member of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center.
