Taft partner Blake J. Burgan will speak at the ABA Employment & Labor Law Committee Regional Meeting in Dallas, Texas, on Sept. 28. He will be a panelist for the session titled "The Rest of the Story – Employment Law Happenings in 2017," which will cover the employment law trends and decisions that have most impacted employers and employees in 2017.

Burgan, a former federal law clerk, concentrates his practice on employment law and litigation for business and governmental clients. He litigates a wide variety of employment issues in federal and state courts, including employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge. He has been regularly involved in national litigation and has represented clients before courts and agencies nationwide.
