Taft attorney Kira A. Johnson has been selected as a member of the Make-A-Wish® Indiana Young Professional Advisory Council (YPAC). YPAC members are dedicated to supporting the mission of Make-A-Wish® by providing leadership and support for fundraising efforts, recruiting volunteer time and talent and increasing the awareness of the organization in the communities in which members live and work.

Johnson is an associate in Taft's Business & Finance group. She focuses her practice on representing private equity sponsors in a variety of M&A transactions, as well as representing portfolio companies in connection with their legal needs.
